2. Service Description

Audio Transcriber provides automated audio transcription services. Users can upload audio files which are processed using artificial intelligence to generate text transcriptions.

3. Pricing and Payment

Our service is priced at £0.10 per minute of audio, with a minimum charge of £1.00. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

You will be shown a preview of your transcription (10% of the content) before payment. Full access is granted upon successful payment.

4. Refund Policy

If you find more accurate transcription results from another service, we will refund your payment in full, no questions asked. Contact us within 14 days of your purchase to request a refund.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree that:

• You have the right to upload and transcribe the audio content you submit
• You will not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights
• You will not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt our service

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your uploaded audio and resulting transcriptions. We do not claim any ownership over your content.

7. Data Processing

Audio files are processed using third-party AI services and temporary storage. Files are deleted after processing. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for accuracy, transcriptions are generated by AI and may contain errors. We provide the service "as is" and do not guarantee 100% accuracy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mindforge Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
